Sharp Decorating Solutions was founded in 1980 by Paul Sharp Snr, who brings over 45 years of hands-on experience in the painting and decorating trade. His depth of knowledge continues to shape our standards, systems, and approach to quality.
The business is led by brothers Cole and Paul Sharp Jr. Cole brings more than 20 years of industry experience, overseeing project delivery, business development, and supplier relationships. Paul James joined the business from a corporate background and leads project delivery and internal operations.
Debra manages our back office and Health and Safety. With over 30 years in the role, she supports the team across training, accounts, health and safety, and customer service - providing the structure and consistency that underpins our day-to-day operations.
